Why I should be Miss Kansas:
I feel that most people today don’t understand or take the time to understand about why someone is different. Autism is a growing disorder that affects 1 in 88 children. I want to be able to educate people on Autism so the judging will stop and the loving will grow. If I become Miss Kansas I will have the power to educate a huge variety of people on the effects, signs, and causes of autism. I want to help broaden the world’s knowledge of this disorder and ultimately show the kids with autism that they are loved just like everybody else.
